Women Are Looking To Build Wealth And To Have Financial Freedom!

Freedom
Trish Davies asked:

Women are discovering that money is power. They are now learning how to earn it, accumulate it, invest it, spend it and manage it like a professional.

According to a special programme presented by BBC Radio4’s Money Box which looked at women and finance they revealed that within 20 years women will control 60% of the personal wealth in the UK, claimed research published earlier this year. There are also 24% more women millionaires under the age of 44 than men, the report added.

This is a trend occuring in the United States and also here in Australia. However, there is still some catching up to do according to Forbes.com of 497 billionaires on the Forbes ‘World’s Richest People’ only 35, or 7% are women. Among them, only one is self-made. The other women on the list inherited money and in some cases whole companies, from their fathers or husbands. The reason being is that equal opportunity for women has only been around in the last 20 years.

Women now starting to take control! Women now are experiencing more opportunities, education and financial independence. If they need any reason to have control of their own money, here are some facts that may surprise you.

Women are marrying later, however, the money mistakes that are made early can linger into marriage and causes stress. With divorce dissolving almost one out of two marraiges, money is the leading cause of all divorces.

The poverty rate among children quadruples when they live with a divorced mum instead of married parents. When women are left to bring in the income, raise children and manage a home there is no time left whatsoever and the money does not go very far.

Women outlive men by an average of 7 to 9 years, many of them spending the better part of the last decade of their lives on their own. But many are widowed long before retirement. The average age when a woman is widowed is 56.

The income of widows drops 44% within three years after a husband’s death, due in part to the loss of the husbands private pension benefits. Social security is anything but secure.

These statistics indicate that women must learn to become financially literate and take control of their financial destiny. It is a known fact that a lot of women have not been raised with the same thought processes around money.

Men and women think very differently about money. The way girls were taught and conditioned about money was different than how boys were ‘initiated’ into money matters. Not that boys are given any better training about money! But the presumption was they had to learn financial responsibility as they approached adulthood.

Our culture doesn’t automatically support women in gaining financial competence. Worse, we draw much of our training from the media or people who are not skilled in money matters.

Building wealth is all about money and money is a highly charged, emotional topic. Most women function better in a non-threatening, non-confrontational learning environment that doesn’t intimidate them. Women need to seek out education and mentors they are comfortable with to develop their confidence around money and give them the steps to build wealth.

Building wealth is all about having a system that implements fundamental steps that once you have learned can be applied to create wealth. These steps are crucial to achieving your Financial independence.

It is never too late to build a financial wall around you and your family that nothing can get through. This would be referred to as financial security. We call it your Financial Freedom Day! It is the day when you have enough assets that pay for all your expenses now and in the future. The quicker you identify your financial freedom day the better. It does not have to be 10, 15, 20 or even 30 years down the track. It is not unrealistic to have a Freedom Day of between 3-5 years. It is the day that you can travel with your family when and where you like with no restrictions, afford the home you want, put your children into the schools you desire and teach your children there are no limits.

Financial independence is having an asset base which generates the income to not only meet your needs but to create a lifestyle that you dream of. You do not want to be relying on anyone for your financial independence, the government, your employer, your partner, your husband, your family. Financial freedom changes your life!

So now you ask; how? How do I set a financial freedom day? How do I achieve fianancial independence? Ask yourself At what age would you like to be financially free?

You need a system. A proven, step-by-step, time tested system comprising of 8 fundamental steps to building sustainable wealth. All entrepreneurs have a system to build wealth.

The system 8 fundamental steps are as follows: -

1. Financial Conditioning

One of the first areas that must be looked at is your mindset with regards to money. Your mindset is a result of your financial conditioning, you must be aware of your conditioning and the impact it has on your potential to create wealth. You must be able to make the changes necessary to bring money and wealth into your life. We have been conditioned about our money beliefs from a very young age from people around us that loved us very much, like our parents, grand-parents, teachers, coaches, peer support leaders and other family and friends. They only know and understand what they have been taught about money from the family that raised them.

Start to think about the language that was used in the home when your were growing up. Was it “money doesn’t grow on trees” or “no, we can’t afford that” or “Do you think we have a money tree growing in the yard” or “I’ll put that away for a rainy day” or “Money isn’t everything” and finally “Money is the root of all evil”. These are just some of the beliefs that have been handed down generation to generation in countries all around the world.

We encourage you to sit down and write down some of your beliefs around money. Also, ask your children whether they hear your limiting beliefs around money and what are they.

2. Financial Baseline

Your financial baseline is all about identifying where you are right now with your finances. You must take a look at the reality of your present financial situation. Start today, from where you are right now. It might be a little scary or fearful. You cannot get to where you want to go without knowing exactly where you are today. Start asking some very basic questions like How much money do you currently earn? How much money do you spend? For how much, and to whom are you in debt? Do you have anything set aside in savings?

Just remember, what you did yesterday, last month and last year does not have be indicative of what you are capable of doing in the future. The most important thing you can do is take stock of where you are right now!

Also, how do you keep your financial records. Do you keep things in a shoe box and only empty it out once every year. Do you have piles and piles of paperwork everywhere. Do you have a filing system set up? If you don’t have your finances organised then you will not have a good clear picture of your financial baseline.

3. Financial Freedom Day

Millionaires always have a plan. They determine their financial goals and take action to make them happen. Your Financial freedom Day is the day when you’ve reached your financial goals. To determine when your Financial Freedom Day is you need to know what your vision is. Your vision is a picture of how you want to be living sometime in the future. In order for you to be motivated and move towards your vision it must be exciting, realistic and must never compromise your valuues. You must also excercise no limit thinking. There are 3 things you need to clarify in order to declare your Financial Freedom Day. They are your monthly cashflow, your total net worth and the day, month, and year that you want this to occur.

4. Managing Your Lifestyle Choices

Managing lifestyle is all about managing your debt levels. It is about creating a debt elimination plan that will eliminate credit card debt. There is good debt and bad debt. Bad debt is debt associated with lifestyle choices. It is where you’re using your income to increase your liabilities. Good debt is debt that is acquired through the purchase of assets, assets that are then invested to produce passive income.

5. Foundation of Your Wealth Cycles

A wealth cycle is a process whereby you are paying yourself first before paying anyone and anything else. This ensures that money is being allocated to your asset column. It is something that is ongoing and the purchasing of assets does not just happen once. A wealth cycle also includes an understanding of entity structuring for the purpose of protection and tax. You must also make a decision about the type of investor you are whether you are active or passive. You must also develop some money rules and stick to them.

6. Acceleration fo Your Wealth Cycles

This is all about education. You must educate yourself in the areas you want to invest whether it be stocks and shares or real estate or international securities or commodoties or collectibles. Seek mentors and coaches that specialise in those areas of wealth creation.

7. Leadership of Your Wealth Team

No-one creates wealth without a team around them. No more ‘Lone Ranger’ you must surround yourself with team. Leadership of you wealth team is one of the most under-discussed areas of leading your wealth. Make no mistake, you are the leader of your wealth team, whether you realise it or not. Your job is to inspire, motivate, hold and communicate the vision to all of those on your team.

8. Creating Sustainable Action

Keep taking action each and every day. You must every night right out a list of revenue producing activities. You must work towards your Financial Freedom Day, every day. Even if they are small action steps it does not matter.

Expand your knowledge in these 8 fundamental steps through education, mentoring, coaching and acquiring specialised knowledge and it won’t take you long at all to achieve levels of wealth you never thought was possible.

Money Doesn’t Buy Happiness; Money Buys Freedom

Freedom
Bo Sanchez asked:

And I Urge You To Use That Freedom To Love God More!

Once upon a time, I was poor.

And proud of it.

I was a happy single missionary who didn’t think about money, didn’t touch money, didn’t save money, and didn’t want to have anything to do with money.

At that time, I really believed that saving money was a lack of trust in God.

I also believed that insurance was for the spiritually weak. “Jesus is my only insurance,” I’d tell everyone.

And businessmen? Man, I pitied them. I figured their souls were loitering in the brink of Hell. Why? Imagine, all they think about the whole day was money—the very instruments of the devil.

I repeat: I was poor and proud of it.

How poor? Before entering Jollibee, I had to first pull out my wallet and count how much money I had. Could I buy a burger today? I remember the days when I had to turn around because my cash (or coins!) wasn’t enough.

I was proud that I was poor, deprived, and suffering.

It somehow made me feel holy.

Love The Lord With All Your Heart, Mind, Strength—

And Money Too!

Today, my beliefs have totally changed.

And that’s why I’m being criticized.

By religious people no less.

They say I teach too much about money.

“Bo, why have you changed?” they ask me, “You now keep talking about savings and investments and business. Where’s the sweet and simple guy who used to talk only about God and prayer and holiness and heaven? We want that guy back…”

Sorry, but you won’t get that guy back.

Because God has changed me.

Let me tell you why I changed: I decided to love more.

Don’t get me wrong. I still preach about God and prayer and holiness and heaven. (After all, money is only one of my many topics.) But these past few years, I’ve been very burdened by the practical, down-to-earth, very REAL needs of God’s people.

Here are the facts:

· Many good Christian families are buried in debt. They can’t sleep at night. They’re terrified every time the phone rings.

· Many good Christian husbands and wives fight a lot because of money problems. (According to surveys, 50% of marital conflicts are money problems. One survey even says it’s 80%!)

· Many good Christians will be retiring without any savings or investments—and will grow older and poorer as the years go by.

· Many good Christians are living in poverty, and their children are suffering from poor health and poor education.

And that’s the reason why I changed: I want to help Christians get out of debt, solve their financial problems, and gain more financial blessings to help more people!

This is my commitment. This is my mission. This is my passion. (I don’t care how many people criticize me for it.) I’ve devoted my entire life to help anyone who’s suffering by giving practical wisdom through my preaching and writing.

Whether spiritually, emotionally, or financially.

For Many People,

Unless There’s Financial Freedom,

There Can Be No Real Freedom In Their Life

You know my story.

Because my beliefs have changed, my financial life has changed as well.

Can I brag? (Not to brag but to emphasize a point.)

I’m no longer poor.

I now run small businesses, earn through real estate, mutual funds, and the stock market.

I’m now able to help the poor in a way I couldn’t do before. And I’m able to give more to the ministry of the Lord because of the financial blessings He has given me. I don’t just give 10% of my income. Because my lifestyle has remained simple (no fancy cars, no big house), I can give much, much more than 10% to God. (By the way, I’ve also learned that when I give, I receive so much more. I invite you to give regularly to the Lord’s work. Join me in my ministry.)

Today, I also believe that holiness doesn’t have anything to do with being poor or being rich. Holiness has everything to do with love—and one can do that whether one is poor or rich.

Money doesn’t buy happiness; Money buys freedom.

Bad people will use that freedom in a bad way—and be miserable as hell.

Good people will use that freedom in a good way—and be happy as heaven.

To be more precise, good people will use that freedom to do good.

It’s that simple.

Let me give you a small example of what I mean.

Today, I no longer stop in front of Jollibee to count my money.

And today, I can do something I could hardly do before: I can now invite the poor for a free lunch. Something I do constantly with joy.

In other words, my prayer has changed.

Before, my prayer was, “Lord, I need something to eat. Please give me money.”

Today, my prayer is, “Lord, send me people who have nothing to eat today and let me be a blessing to them.”

Friends, I’m using my freedom to love.

And after all these years of helping so many people in their spiritual lives, I’ve come to a striking realization: Especially for those children or parents depending on them, there can be no real Freedom in life without Financial Freedom.

I want to continue to teach you how to grow your money without robbing your soul.

May your dreams come true,

Bo Sanchez

Freedom of Speech and Expression

Suneera Nerissa Madhok asked:

FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION

By: Suneera Nerissa Madhok

INTRODUCTION

Speech is God’s gift to mankind. Through speech a human being conveys his thoughts, sentiments and feeling to others. Freedom of speech and expression is thus a natural right, which a human being acquires on birth. It is, therefore, a basic right. “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; the right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek and receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers” proclaims the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights (1948). The people of India declared in the Preamble of the Constitution, which they gave unto themselves their resolve to secure to all the citizens liberty of thought and expression. This resolve is reflected in Article 19(1)(a) which is one of the Articles found in Part III of the Constitution, which enumerates the Fundamental Rights.

Man as rational being desires to do many things, but in a civil society his desires have to be controlled, regulated and reconciled with the exercise of similar desires by other individuals. The guarantee of each of the above right is, therefore, restricted by the Constitution in the larger interest of the community. The right to freedom of speech and expression is subject to limitations imposed under Article 19(2).

Public order as a ground of imposing restrictions was added by the Constitution (First Amendment) Act, 1951. Public order is something more than ordinary maintenance of law and order. Public order in the present context is synonymous with public peace, safety and tranquility.

MEANING AND SCOPE

Article 19(1)(a) of Indian Constitution says that all citizens have the right to freedom of speech and expression. Freedom of Speech and expression means the right to express one’s own convictions and opinions freely by words of mouth, writing, printing, pictures or any other mode. It thus includes the expression of one’s idea through any communicable medium or visible representation, such as gesture, signs, and the like. This expression connotes also publication and thus the freedom of press is included in this category. Free propagation of ideas is the necessary objective and this may be done on the platform or through the press. This propagation of ideas is secured by freedom of circulation. Liberty of circulation is essential to that freedom as the liberty of publication. Indeed, without circulation the publication would be of little value. The freedom of speech and expression includes liberty to propagate not one’s views only. It also includes the right to propagate or publish the views of other people; otherwise this freedom would not include the freedom of press.

Freedom of expression has four broad special purposes to serve:

1)  It helps an individual to attain self-fulfillment.

2)  It assists in the discovery of truth.

3)  It strengthens the capacity of an individual in participating in decision-making.

4)  It provides a mechanism by which it would be possible to establish a reasonable balance between stability and social change.

5)  All members of society would be able to form their own beliefs and communicate them freely to others.

In sum, the fundamental principle involved here is the people’s right to know. Freedom of speech and expression should, therefore, receive generous support from all those who believe in the participation of people in the administration. It is on account of this special interest which society has in the freedom of speech and expression that the approach of the Government should be more cautious while levying taxes on matters of concerning newspaper industry than while levying taxes on other matters.

Explaining the scope of freedom of speech and expression Supreme Court has said that the words “freedom of speech and expression” must be broadly constructed to include the freedom to circulate one’s views by words of mouth or in writing or through audiovisual instrumentalities. It therefore includes the right to propagate one’s views through the print media or through any other communication channel e.g. the radio and the television. Every citizen of this country therefore has the right to air his or their views through the printing and or the electronic media subject of course to permissible restrictions imposed under Article 19(2) of the Constitution.

Freedom to air one’s view is the lifeline of any democratic institution and any attempt to stifle, suffocate or gag this right would sound a death knell to democracy and would help usher in autocracy or dictatorship. The modern communication mediums advance public interest by informing the public of the events and development that have taken place and thereby educating the voters, a role considered significant for the vibrant functioning of a democracy. Therefore, in any setup more so in a democratic setup like ours, dissemination of news and views for popular consumption is a must and any attempt to deny the same must be frowned upon unless it falls within the mischief of Article 19(2) of the Constitution.

The various communication channels are great purveyors of news and views and make considerable impact on the minds of readers and viewers and our known to mould public opinion on vitals issues of national importance. The freedom of speech and expression includes freedom of circulation and propagation of ideas and therefore the right extends to the citizen to use the media to answer the criticism leveled against the views propagated by him. Every free citizen has undoubted right to lay what sentiments he pleases. This freedom must, however, be exercised with circumspection and care must be taken not to trench on the rights of other citizens or to jeopardise public interest.

NEW DIMENSIONS OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND EXPRESSION

Government has no monopoly on electronic media: The Supreme Court widened the scope and extent of the right to freedom of speech and expression and held that the government has no monopoly on electronic media and a citizen has under Art. 19(1)(a) a right to telecast and broadcast to the viewers/listeners through electronic media television and radio any important event. The government can impose restrictions on such a right only on grounds specified in clause (2) of Art. 19 and not on any other ground. A citizen has fundamental right to use the best means of imparting and receiving communication and as such have an access to telecasting for the purpose.

Commercial Advertisements: The court held that commercial speech (advertisement) is a part of the freedom of speech and expression. The court however made it clear that the government could regulate the commercial advertisements, which are deceptive, unfair, misleading and untruthful. Examined from another angle the Court said that the public at large has a right to receive the “Commercial Speech”. Art. 19(1)(a) of the constitution not only guaranteed freedom of speech and expression, it also protects the right of an individual to listen, read, and receive the said speech.

Telephone Tapping: Invasion on right to privacy : Telephone tapping violates Art. 19(1)(a) unless it comes within grounds of restriction under Art. 19(2). Under the guidelines laid down by the Court, the Home Secretary of the center and state governments can only issue an order for telephone tapping. The order is subject to review by a higher power review committee and the period for telephone tapping cannot exceed two months unless approved by the review authority.

FREEDOM OF PRESS

The fundamental right of the freedom of press implicit in the right the freedom of speech and expression, is essential for the political liberty and proper functioning of democracy. The Indian Press Commission says that “Democracy can thrive not only under the vigilant eye of legislature, but also under the care and guidance of public opinion and the press is par excellence, the vehicle through which opinion can become articulate.” Unlike the American Constitution, Art. 19(1)(a) of the Indian Constitution does not expressly mention the liberty of the press but it has been held that liberty of the press is included in the freedom of speech and expression. The editor of a press for the manager is merely exercising the right of the expression, and therefore, no special mention is necessary of the freedom of the press. Freedom of press is the heart of social and political intercourse. It is the primary duty of the courts to uphold the freedom of press and invalidate all laws or administrative actions, which interfere with it contrary to the constitutional mandate.

RIGHT TO INFORMATION

The right to know, ‘receive and impart information has been recognized within the right to freedom of speech and expression. A citizen has a fundamental right to use the best means of imparting and receiving information and as such to have an access to telecasting for the purpose. The right to know has, however, not yet extended to the extent of invalidating Section 5 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 which prohibits disclosure of certain official documents. One can conclude that ‘right to information is nothing but one small limb of right of speech and expression.

GROUNDS OF RESTRICTIONS

Clause (2) of Article 19 contains the grounds on which restrictions on the freedom of speech and expression can be imposed :-

1) Security of State: Under Article 19(2) reasonable restrictions can be imposed on fredom of speech and expression in the interest of security of State. The term “security of state” refers only to serious and aggravated forms of public order e.g. rebellion, waging war against the State, insurrection and not ordinary breaches of public order and public safety, e.g. unlawful assembly, riot, affray. Thus speeches or expression on the part of an individual, which incite to or encourage the commission of violent crimes, such as, murder are matters, which would undermine the security of State.

2) Friendly relations with foreign states: This ground was added by the constitution (First Amendment) Act, 1951. The object behind the provision is to prohibit unrestrained malicious propaganda against a foreign friendly state, which may jeopardise the maintainance of good relations between India, and that state. No similar provision is present in any other Constitution of the world. In India, the Foreign Relations Act, (XII of 1932) provides punishment for libel by Indian citizens against foreign dignitaries. Interest of friendly relations with foreign States, would not justify the suppression of fair criticism of foreign policy of the Government.

It is to be noted that member of the commonwealth including Pakistan is not a “foreign state” for the purposes of this Constitution. The result is that freedom of speech and expression cannot be restricted on the ground that the matter is adverse to Pakistan.

3) Public Order: This ground was added by the Constitution (First Amendment) Act. ‘Public order’ is an expression of wide connotation and signifies “that state of tranquility which prevails among the members of political society as a result of internal regulations enforced by the Government which they have established.”

Public order is something more than ordinary maintenance of law and order. ‘Public order’ is synonymous with public peace, safety and tranquility. The test for determining whether an act affects law and order or public order is to see whether the act leads to the disturbances of the current of life of the community so as to amount to a disturbance of the public order or whether it affects merely an individual being the tranquility of the society undisturbed.

Anything that disturbs public tranquility or public peace disturbs public order. Thus communal disturbances and strikes promoted with the sole object of acausing unrest among workmen are offences against public order. Public order thus implies absence of violence and an orderly state of affairs in which citizens can peacefully pursue their normal avocation of life. Public order also includes public safety. Thus creating internal disorder or rebellion would affect public order and public safety. But mere criticism of government does not necessarily disturb public order. In its external aspect ‘public safety’ means protection of the country from foreign aggression. Under public order the State would be entitled to prevent propaganda for a state of war with India.

The words ‘in the interest of public order’ includes not only such utterances as are directly intended to lead to disorder but also those that have the tendency to lead to disorder. Thus a law punishing utterances made with the deliberate intention to hurt the religious feelings of any class of persons is valid because it imposes a restriction on the right of free speech in the interest of public order since such speech or writing has the tendency to create public disorder even if in some case those activities may not actually lead to a breach of peace. But there must be reasonable and proper nexus or relationship between the restrictions and the achievements of public order.

4) Decency or morality: The words ‘morality or decency’ are words of wide meaning. Sections 292 to 294 of the Indian Penal Code provide instances of restrictions on the freedom of speech and expression in the interest of decency or morality. These sections prohibit the sale or distribution or exhibition of obscene words, etc. in public places. No fix standard is laid down till now as to what is moral and indecent. The standard of morality varies from time to time and from place to place.

5) Contempt of Court: Restriction on the freedom of speech and expression can be imposed if it exceeds the reasonable and fair limit and amounts to contempt of court. According to the Section 2 ‘Contempt of court’ may be either ‘civil contempt’ or ‘criminal contempt.’

6) Defamation: A statement, which injures a man’s reputation, amounts to defamation. Defamation consists in exposing a man to hatred, ridicule, or contempt. The civil law in relating to defamation is still uncodified in India and subject to certain exceptions.

7) Incitement to an offence: This ground was also added by the constitution (First Amendment) Act, 1951. Obviously, freedom of speech and expression cannot confer a right to incite people to commit offence. The word ‘offence’ is defined as any act or omission made punishable by law for the time being in force.

8) Sedition: As understood by English law, sedition embraces all those practices whether by words, or writing which are calculated to disturb the tranquility of the State and lead ignorant person to subvert the government. It should be noted that the sedition is not mentioned in clause (2) of Art. 19 as one of the grounds on which restrictions on freedom of speech and expression may be imposed.

CONCLUSION

From this article it can be easily concluded that right to freedom of speech and expression is one of the most important fundamental right. It includes circulating one’s views by words or in writing or through audiovisual instrumentalities, through advertisements and through any other communication channel. It also comprises of right to information, freedom of press etc. Thus this fundamental right has a vast scope.

From the above case law analysis it is evident that the Court has always placed a broad interpretation on the value and content of Article 19(1)(a), making it subjective only to the restrictions permissible under Article 19(2). Efforts by intolerant authorities to curb or suffocate this freedom have always been firmly repelled, more so when public authorities have betrayed autocratic tendencies.

It can also be comprehended that public order holds a lot of significance as a ground of restriction on this fundamental right. But there should be reasonable and proper nexus or relationship between the restriction and achievement of public order. The words ‘in the interest of public order’ include not only utterances as are directly intended to lead to disorder but also those that have the tendency to lead to disorder.

Throw a Wrench in the Rat Race With Financial Freedom

Freedom
Will asked:

“Rhetorical question”; why is it we can only aspire to be financially free? Will hitting the lottery for millions of dollars give you financial freedom? If you do not have a million dollar income, what do you think will eventually happen to your millions? Ok, big ideas do start out as dreams but if you do not implement anything that is all they are, dreams.

It seems to me that we under utilize our capacity to take on challenges outside of the norm. What I mean is, it can be a daunting task to go to a job 5 to 6 days out of the week, work 8+ hours a day, take care of home and family, then try to start a home based business that will give you the financial freedom you deserve.

The “rat race” is a term used to describe work schedules shared by a large number of individuals and it has been widely used by Robert Kiyosaki in his “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” books. (Great books, by-the-way).

For example, in a heavily populated areas the “rats” converge on the highways, byways, streets and public transportation trying to get to or coming from work.

Those in route to their jobs are often “on edge” which causes a great deal of stress. Stress is not something any of us want accumulating out of control.

The alternative is a successful home based business that allows you freedom to stay at home and avoid the work rush, freedom to enjoy some of the daily pleasures you miss while at work, freedom to indulge in things your previous financial situation would not allow.

Being self employed would allow you to call your own shots and relieve stress associated with the travel to work (and the work, at work).

Some that are “self employed” have associated work stress because of the field they chose, location, employees, etc. Restaurants, bars, clubs, convenience stores, etc all have stressful day to day demands. You can leave those stressful positions to those that chose them.

“An online home based business will not take you away from your home but you can take your business anywhere ” . This is financial freedom planning.

Not having to leave home to get paid or get paid while your anywhere, doing anything is freedom at its best.

If you have a stressful household or the company you keep that is another issue you will have to work out. My advise to you is how to achieve work related financial freedom.

Removing the elements of having to follow a dress code, be on time and punch a time clock can possibly lower your blood pressure and other stress related symptoms.

Studies show that driving related stress is most common in society today. The anticipation of your destination and road rage can raise blood pressure.

Financial freedom lowers stress related to finances; that coupled with the fact that you did not have to leave home will work out in your best interest.

“Having the freedom to work when you want can be damaging if you do not have the discipline to work when you need to”.

Plan , budget and know when you need help. Do not be fooled into thinking home based business entrepreneurs “did it on their own”. It may appear on the surface that some successful home based business owners had little help but this is far from the truth.

ServicesAreUs.com offers you free information to point you in the right direction for financial freedom.

Online home based businesses like search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, article marketing and Google Adsense are a booming industry that should be considered in your quest to financial freedom.

An Internet home based business is not an “end all” but can be a great start.

The purpose of this article is to show those caught in the “rat race” that there is a way to end the madness. When you have a solid home based business plan that you actively work to achieve it will make your day a little better knowing you have a way out.

The same group of people who seem to equate “less government” with “more freedom”, seem to be the first to want to withold information and education from young people in favor of their own morality and religious upbringing. They are also the ones who seem to protest teachings of evolution and sex. They also seem to frown on independant and critical thought.

So how does brainwashing your kids and forcing them to believe what you believe, in any way shape or form make them, or society, free?

Please help me understand, I would appreciate your opinions. Thanks.

Freedom
RAJDHRUV SINGH asked:

NIETHER PLANET, WORLD, CONTINENT, COUNTRY , STATE , CITY , VILLAGE AND NOR AN INDIVIDUAL PERSON IS SOVEREIGN OR INDEPENDENT OR HAVING COMPLETE FREEDOM .I AM HAVING EXAMPLE OF SOVEREIGN.

DEFFINTION OF FREEDOM

Freedom is a mental condition-a condition of the spirit. All of us are free, if we but choose to acknowledge it. To borrow from Rose Wilder Lane, freedom is control of self. The essence of your “self” is your mind, soul, and spirit. We all are always free to change our thoughts, improve our knowledge and understanding, change our attitudes and beliefs-the inner part of each of us. We do need more folks to recognize that they already are FREE!

Liberty is a condition of the physical body: the absence of physical restraints. We seek liberty to use our resources, time, intelligence, and energy in the most beneficial (to us) way.

A productive, healthy society of freedom-and liberty-minded individuals is not to be confused with a libertine one. The conditions of liberty and freedom, above all, require individual responsibility in every phase of life. Each of us must take the consequences of our actions, good and bad. This is not easy, especially with our Big Brother the State standing by to present at least the illusion of “help” with every aspect of our lives.

Because the root of the problem (irresponsibility) is so ingrained, trying to convince others to live the freedom ideas through slogans, speeches, and hype is usually short on results. At best they provide the spark which causes an individual to seek out new information.

The “library of freedom”-books, pamphlets, newspapers, and magazines-not only documents man’s quest from ancient times forward, but also is an important, longer lasting way to spread the word and fan the spark of interest into a flame.

But “plain-Jane” and unexciting as it sounds, I believe the most effective way to spread the freedom idea is to educate ourselves and raise our children to be honest, knowledgeable, confident, responsible lovers of freedom-to light a single candle. If each one of us lights another candle, and each of those follows suit, the freedom ideas will grow from a quiet bonfire to a WILDFIRE engulfing everything in its path.

Living in an environment of liberty and freedom is akin to being a parent-it is the best of times; it is the worst of times. With neither can you ever relax your vigilance, there is always work to be done, you are always being called upon to exercise new skills, and improve upon old ones. There is a tremendous amount of worry involved, also discouragement and uncertainty. On the other hand, it is hard to convey to a non-parent, just as to a statist, the joys, rewards, exhilaration, and satisfactions that make the responsibilities worthwhile. You just have to have faith, jump in, and DO IT!.

DEFFINITION  OF SOVEREIGN

Supreme or highest in power; superior to all others ; independent off , and unlimited by ,any other ; self governing ; autonomous:(of political bodies)not controlled by outside force ; an “autonomous judiciary “

From my way we can relate freedom with sovereign

Because -:

What is freedom?

The word here describe about a particular thing or individual who is free from all the things and rules. Meaning that there is no person or any Law who can govern a particular individual who is having freedom. So an individual can have freedom only if he is the head of all the thing existing at present.

What is Sovereign?

The word here describe about an individual or a particular thin who is head of all or we can say he can not be governed by anything which is existing at present .

FREEDOM CAN BE RELATED TO SOVEREIGN

So freedom and Sovereign laid emphasis on same thing. That is they are having same meaning.

IF WE TALK ABOUT SOME OF THE THING OR AN INDIVIDUAL PERSON THEY ARE NOT HAVING FREEDOM OR THAY ARE NOT SOVEREIGN. THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS-:

PLANET-:

Planet is not a sovereign because it revolves around sun on a particular orbit and it has no other option other than this. So every planet abides this rule of revolving around sun. So Planet does not have complete freedom to stop revolving around the sun and it does not have freedom to chose another path for revolving around sun or it doest not have even freedom too to revolve around any thing else except sun .

WORLD-:

World is not a sovereign because it depends upon Planet (EARTH). Let me tell you sir that how world depend upon Planet. World does not have complete freedom to change weather or monsoon, day and night timing and nor the year timing. So the change in monsoon, day and night timing and year timing depends upon the Planet revolution around the sun. So here the world has no control over monsoon , day and night timing  and nor on year timing too. World also depend upon how much area is covered by it and area depends upon how much big is the Planet. Here we are referring to area because if area is not so much large or big then word “WORLD” will not be assigned to it. Since if World would not have depend upon area then we can call Continent as a World also.

CONTINENT-:

Continent is also not sovereign because continent means how much area is covered by a particular continent, continent depends upon area and area depends upon world. Since more large the world will be the continent will also be larger. I mean to say continent depend upon world. Here we are referring to area because if area is not so much large or big then word “CONTINENT” will not be assigned to it. Since if Continent would not have depend upon area then we can call Country as a Continent also. So because of this continent is not a sovereign or it is not having complete freedom.

COUNTRY-:

Country is not a sovereign because it comes under Continent. Since Country depends upon how much area is being covered by it and area depends upon continent. Here we are referring to area because if area is not so much large or big then word “COUNTRY” will not be assigned to it. Since if Country would not have depend upon area then we can call State as a Country also . So country does not have complete freedom to increase its area.

STATE-:

State is not a sovereign because it comes under country because. Since state depends upon area how much big it is or how much area is being covered by it. State does not have complete freedom to increase its area. Here we are referring to area because if area is not so much large or big then word “STATE” will not be assigned to it. Since if state would not have depended upon area then we can call City as a State also. State abides the rule of Country. Here the rules refer to the Law stated by the particular country and Law shall be abide by all the state of a particular country. Mostly Law of a particular state and country are same .

CITY-:

City is not a sovereign because it comes under state and mostly city are capitol of a particular state . City also depend upon how much area is being covered by it . City area depends upon area of State. Here we are referring to area because if area is not so much large or big then word “CITY” will not be assigned to it . Since if CITY would not have depend upon area then we can call Village as a City also. Cities abide the rule of State. It does not have complete freedom to make new Law. City abides the Law of a particular state and then country. Mostly Law of a particular city, state and country are same . City can not make it’s own Law. So it depends upon other and hence we can say that it does not have complete freedom.

VILLAGE-:

Village is not a sovereign because it comes under City. Village depend upon area that is how much area is being covered by it and the area covered by the village depends upon area covered by the City. Here we are referring to area because if area is not so much large or big then word “Village” will not be assigned to it. Since if City would not have depend upon area then we can call Village as a City also. Village also abide rule of city then state then country and hence we can say that it does not have complete freedom so it is also not sovereign. Mostly Law of a particular village, city , state and country are same .

IDIVIDUAL PERSON WHO EVER HE/SHE MAY BE-:

An individual person who ever he/she may be is not a SOVEREIGN and he/she also does not have complete freedom the reason why he/she is not a sovereign and he/she also does not have complete freedom is as follows-:

·        The first prove is that if an individual person lives in a village or city or state or country or continent or world or planet he/she is not a SOVEREIGN and he/she also does not have complete freedom because the places stated above are themselves not a Sovereign. So if group is not a Sovereign then how cans a sub-group be a Sovereign. Here group is places and sub-groups refer to individual person.

·        Second prove is that every person of the village, city, state and country is advised to abide the Law of that particular country other wise he/she would be punished if he/she is found guilty. So here also no person has got complete freedom to do anything as he/she want , here a person can do things what he want up to a limit . If a person does anything beyond the limit given by the Law then particular person is going to be punished who ever he/she may be because Law is equal for every one. We live here but we are we are bounded by Law’s that is regulating us in an indirect way.

CONCLUSION-:

So from my way there is no person who is living any other place other then village or city or state or country or continent or world or planet so there is no person who is sovereign or is having complete freedom.

As far as I think so none of the person in a particular country is exempted from the Law of that country who ever he/she may be. So from here also we get that there is nobody who is Sovereign or is having complete freedom.

Even we the people of INDIA do not have complete freedom on speech and expression since there are some restriction which are laid in article 19 regarding freedom of speech and expression.

EXAMPLE OF SOVEREIGN-:

We can not get example of person who is Sovereign from social view.

But we can get example of Sovereign if we see from the Eyes of Science.

THE EXAMPLE OF SOVEREIGN IS -:

                                                               GRAVITY

Gravity is the best example of Sovereign because it is not governed by anything yet. Gravity is independent and the one who is independent is Sovereign and has also got complete freedom. So we get the example of Sovereign when we saw the thing from eyes of Science.

Gravity attracts us we don’t attract gravity. We are being governed by Gravity. Gravity is not being governed by us and nor by our country or international Law’s too.

SO NOW I THINK YOU HONORABLE READER HAD GOT THE MEANING OF SOVEREIGN AND ITS EXAMPLE ALSO.

WITH THE HOPE THAT I HAD SATISFIED YOU RGARDING SOVEREIGN DEFFINITION I END HERE.

Achieve Financial Freedom Online - Make it a Reality!

Tuesday, October 14th, 2008
Freedom
Yasir Khan asked:

le dream of two things: Bank-vaults full of money and Brad-Pitt like success. Man’s most common traits is the fact that he yearn for something which he does not have. But the sad part is, only a negligible percentage of people in the world can even come close to achieving either of the two wishes.

If you look at it closely, you will find that although being rich is difficult, doing so can easily be called a science. It is a science because it can be easily duplicated using a defined set of rules. There is a high chance that if you do exactly what rich people are doing, you will starting getting rich. On the other hand, being popular and successful is more about finding what ultimately works for you and for this reason does not pass as a science. It is, in my opinion, an art, which even less amount of people can get good at.

This article is about achieving financial freedom online. I write this article in order to educate the majority of people, who have no idea how they are supposed to make their money work for them (as opposed to the other way round). It is quite sad when I see people working for a minimum wage job, slaving away for the whole day for a meager paycheck, whereas they can start their own business and earn 10 times the current amount without much hassle. Apparently, people think a normal job, as opposed to starting a business is more secure. However, if you look at the dramatic down-sizing in recent years in virtually every industrial sector, you would see that a 9-5 job isn’t so secure after all.

The main reason why people have no idea how to achieve financial freedom is because they are never taught this in school. Most schools today religiously aim at creating employees (as opposed to employers) out of their graduates. It is mostly people with lesser education who start their own businesses and achieve financial freedom. This is because they are less conditioned by our schooling system and take the risk in thinking outside the box.

Just so you know, achieving financial freedom and working a normal job do not go together. Have you ever heard an engineer or accountant say or feel that he has achieved financial freedom? I never have! The reason why working for someone is detrimental is that in doing so, you are consciously working to earn a paycheck and never come to a point where you can use your ideas to earn more. An absolute truth is: A good employee is always rewarded by more work (and a slight increase in pay)! Remember, an employer would NEVER hire you if the amount of money he spent on you was more than the benefit you were providing him. So by working a normal job, you are providing to your employer way more than what you are being compensated for.

That being said, one of the easiest ways of achieving financial freedom is to start a business online, as opposed to having a brick-and-mortar business, which has many distinct disadvantages. Brick-and-mortar businesses are a thing of the past. It is predicted that within the next 10 years, the manufacturing sector in USA and Canada will diminish to a small amount, as a result of the intense competition from cheap output from Asian countries. This point once re-iterates the fact that you should concentrate on building your business online. The coming years are the ones where service and finance industries will boom, so look for the service sector for lucrative opportunities.

So how can you achieve financial freedom online? Is there a secret formula which can instantly make you a millionaire? Browse the web for that secret formula and I can assure you that you will find millions of websites promising you INSTANT riches. The secret is: There is no secret. Nothing worthwhile is ever achieved without hard word and dedication. On the other hand, there is no reason to lose hope. If you try to copy people who have already achieved financial success, you have essentially completed half the journey! Go ahead, read the success stories of major internet marketers such as Stone Evans, Ewen Chia and Brad Callen. Understand why what they did worked and you will have great ideas on how to start your own business.

Another worthwhile opportunity which is guaranteed to get you started on the path of success is the Plug-In-Profit website. This website is created free for you and presents 6 passive income opportunities. You can find out more about this service by visiting my website.

However, to give you a brief idea on how people should proceed to start their own internet business, take a look at the points listed below:

1. Research and choose your niche which you are going to promote

2. Build an online presence via article marketing, social bookmarking, email marketing etc.

3. Drive traffic to our website by purchasing PPC advertising, getting high search engine rankings etc.

4. Make sales once your website gets an adequate amount of visitors

5. Grow your monthly income to an extent where you can leave your job.

6. Do not stop here. Once you are earning enough, take out some time to expand into different niches.

Now, I know this is a horrible over-simplification, but it makes the whole process easier to understand. It just is not possible for me to elaborate on the idea of achieving financial freedom in just one article, but if you want more info, you can visit my website.

Remember, the key to achieving financial freedom online is to consciously work towards your goal, pace yourself and be fully committed to the cause.

I hope this article was able to increase your knowledge in this subject area.
